A / 01 About Catalyst

We're new to product. We're not new to healthcare.

Catalyst is built by a team with a decade of healthcare-tech services experience — building, integrating, and operating the same systems we now replace. We've seen the failures from the inside, and we built the operating system we wish had existed.

01 The story so far
  1. 2016
    01 · ORIGIN

Founders begin a decade of healthcare-tech services work — building, integrating, and operating clinical, billing, and pharmacy systems for providers across the GCC and Egypt.

  2. 2024
    02 · PRODUCTISATION

We stop building one-off systems and start building one. The thesis: a workflow-first, modular platform that the same operators we served can deploy themselves.

  3. 2025
    03 · DESIGN PARTNERS

First multi-site polyclinic chains, diagnostic centers, and pharmacy groups go live in advanced beta. NPHIES integration, Heartbeat data layer, and modular architecture validated in production.

  4. 2026
    04 · CATALYST V1

Public launch of Catalyst Cloud (SaaS) and Catalyst Platform (PaaS). KSA, UAE, Egypt as primary markets. Brand v3.0 and the disciplined narrative this site is built on.

02 What we hold ourselves to
01

Empathetic — not celebratory.

We've worked the night shift on the receiving end of broken systems. We understand the pain. We don't over-celebrate the product. The win belongs to the operator, not us.

02

Outcomes are the only argument.

Time saved, denials reduced, no-shows recovered, cycle times shortened. Every claim is backed by a measurable result — or it doesn't ship.

03

Established by behaviour.

Healthcare buyers won't hand patient data to a brand that looks rookie. We hold ourselves to legacy-vendor reliability standards from day one — even though the product is newer than the team.

04

Modular by conviction.

We refuse the $500K, 18-month implementation playbook. Land with one module, prove it, expand. The architecture and the contract both have to support that — and they do.

03 Compliance posture

Standards from day one — not bolted on later.

Healthcare regulation in MENA layers fast. We design for it, not around it.

We built deliberate gaps. Then we partnered with the people who fill them.

Helping people get well — and stay well.

That's the only mission that survives the operational complexity of running a hospital, a polyclinic, or a chain of pharmacies. Everything we ship is judged against it.
